Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd., the leading Textile Machinery Manufacturer in South Asia is one among the three in the world producing the entire range of cotton spinning machinery. This co-education school was established during the Silver Jubilee year of LMW in 1987. Cav. Dr.G.K.Devarajulu, the tycoon of textile machinery industry is the founder of this institution. His prodigious son, Late Dr.D.Jayavarthanavelu, strived towards realising the vision of the founder Cav. Dr.G.K.Devarajulu. Since good education is considered as a passport to good future, the management aims to make this school as a model in the industrial suburb of Coimbatore.
